Reflections is now a beautiful, four bedroom sustainable home. It is built into the earth overlooking the beach at Portwrinkle in Cornwall. The house was designed by Arco2 who are multiple award winning sustainable architects. If you spend any time in Cornwall, do look out for their work. Always constructed with the surrounding environment in mind, using low energy building methods, along with natural and local materials, they achieve the most beautiful, sustainable homes possible.

Working on Arco2’s builds, and being part of creating something very special, is worth getting up for in the mornings. Whilst many of Acro2’s builds look to harness as much natural light as possible, the remaining artificial light is of course low energy LED and the house uses a passive solar design.
